Have fun! My father in law is from Brewster and we have spent many a spring and fall day fly fishing around Chatam.

Ran my 1st 5k race since December of last year this morning and ran a 23:54.
I was not toothrilled with the time so I went to the gym afterwards to punish my legs for running so slow
Now, I'm of to dig some fence post holes- woohoo!

Great work Ron, I celebrate Newby Gains whenever I can.

Jamie – What Fun that you can go dancing with Hubby – exercise, couples time, and social event all in one!

SW – if my legs pulled off a 5K in under 24 minutes they would get rewards (hot tubs, massage, who knows what they would enjoy!) – the walk in SF sounds great!

Pam, what a beautiful whooo hooo – I’d be terrified!

My run on the Cape was lovely, got some amazing ocean views, lovely trails, I didn’t’ go very fast, it was too pretty, too hilly and sandy – challenging condign but lots of fun, and I kept going 50 minutes while everyone else slept. Ran into a scary dog who seemed to have no owner, and did not want me continuing on my planned route, so I had to backtrack and re-think.
Today, the pilow won ;-(
