Where to start?
I am a 38 year old female with a BMI of 28. I weigh 185 pounds at 5’8”. I was always an extremely thin person until about a year ago when I gained around 60 pounds on a medication that I am no longer on.
I am cutting out sugar, making clean choices, and put a small gym in the house. I’ve acquired a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike. I have resistance bands, a yoga/Pilates mat, and all the want to in the world.
I just have no idea what to do now. Do I wing it? Or is there a plan somewhere? I’ve googled to my little heart’s content, but there are a million options and I am overwhelmed to say the least.
Obviously my whole body needs improvement, but the tummy needs extra work.
Any thoughts?
