3/31- During this day I went to work, which didn't require much movement. I walked minimally within my 8-hour shift. After work I went home and rested.
-About 350 calories burned
4/1- This day I went to the city with my friend. We walked for about an hour. After walking around I drove back home and rested for the rest of the evening.
-About 479 calories burned
4/2- This day I stayed at home and rested, and caught up on homework and studying. I only got up to do chores and clean. Other than that, it was a very restful day.
-About 250 calories burned
On 3/31 I burned my calories from walking at work. On 4/1 I burned my calories walking in the city for about an hour or so. On 4/2 I burned my calories from walking around the house and doing chores, but there were minimal things to do.
