Here are some of the best exercises for stronger abs and core:
  1. Planks: Planks are a great exercise for strengthening the core muscles. Start in a push-up position with your arms extended, and hold your body in a straight line from your head to your feet for as long as you can.
  2. Russian twists: Russian twists target the oblique muscles and can help strengthen the entire core. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground, then lift your feet off the ground and twist your torso from side to side.
  3. Bicycle crunches: Bicycle crunches work both the rectus abdominis and the oblique muscles. Lie on your back with your hands behind your head, and bring your knees towards your chest. Lift your head and shoulders off the ground, and touch your left elbow to your right knee, then alternate sides.
  4. Deadbugs: Deadbugs target the transverse abdominis, which is the deepest abdominal muscle. Lie on your back with your arms extended towards the ceiling, and your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Slowly lower one arm and the opposite leg towards the ground, then return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Hollow holds: Hollow holds are a challenging exercise that work the entire core. Lie on your back with your arms extended overhead and your legs straight out. Lift your head, shoulders, arms, and legs off the ground, and hold the position for as long as you can.
  6. Mountain climbers: Mountain climbers are a great way to work the abs and increase your heart rate. Start in a plank position, then bring your right knee towards your chest. Quickly switch legs, bringing your left knee towards your chest, and continue alternating for as long as you can.
Remember to focus on form and technique when performing these exercises, and start with a manageable number of repetitions or hold times before gradually increasing the intensity. It's also important to incorporate a variety of exercises and to work on overall strength and cardiovascular fitness in addition to core strength. A well-rounded fitness program that includes both strength training and cardiovascular exercise can help you achieve a strong and healthy core.
