Bulgarian split squat with one leg. This is one of my favorite single-leg exercises since it combines the stability, strength, and balance needed for athletic motions. You increase the difficulty and the requirement for muscle recruitment by elevating your back foot.

I appreciate that the workout includes a variety of exercises, such as squats, lunges, and jump squats, to target different muscles in the legs. The fact that it only takes 5 minutes is also a plus, as it can be a quick and effective way to fit in a workout on a busy day.
I haven't tried the workout myself yet, but I'm definitely intrigued and would consider giving it a try. It's always great to switch up your workout routine and try new exercises to challenge your body in different ways. I'll be sure to let you know how it goes if I do try it.
