Made a quick 5min intense leg workout

Bulgarian split squat with one leg. This is one of my favorite single-leg exercises since it combines the stability, strength, and balance needed for athletic motions. You increase the difficulty and the requirement for muscle recruitment by elevating your back foot.

Thanks for sharing your 5-minute leg workout video with us! It's great to see people taking an interest in their health and fitness and creating workout routines that work for them. The workout looks challenging and intense, which is always a good sign when it comes to getting a good workout in. That's pretty good, but unfortunately, you need more exersises to get result. But as a warm-up that's pretty good

Thanks for sharing your 5-minute intense leg workout video. It's great that you are taking the initiative to share your workout routine with others. I watched the video and it looks like a challenging workout that would definitely get the heart pumping and the legs burning.

I appreciate that the workout includes a variety of exercises, such as squats, lunges, and jump squats, to target different muscles in the legs. The fact that it only takes 5 minutes is also a plus, as it can be a quick and effective way to fit in a workout on a busy day.

Here's a 5-minute routine you can try:

Squats
Lunges
Jumping Jacks
Wall Sit
Calf Raises

You can do all these exercises in 5 minutes. Do one minute per exercise.
