Tips for EARLY AM workouts?

Lots of good advice on this thread. I am an early am exerciser -- but it only works for me because I go to bed early enough to get 7 hours of sleep. I also find bright light helps me wake up. I love because they have real reviews and clips of all the workout DVDs so you can find something that works for you. Good luck.

Wink early am workouts

I love excersising in the morning..its sets me up for the day

here is how I do it...

sort my work out clothes the night before and re arrange by living room before i go to bed so its all sorted out for the morning.

I get up at 5.30am and just get on with it

I get myself out of bed by putting my alarm on the other side of the room on top of my workout clothes and a picture of how I looked before the crash..I find this motivates me.

I think its the best time in the day to do it

When i get up early in the morning.I do spam in open place to make abs.I do 50 push up in the morning time I think this is better way to lose fat.
