30 day ab challenge
I did a 30 day ab challenge. It was cool to see how my body changed over the day. Some days were worst then others. Working out is a challenge for my but Iím so glade I pushed my self.
my work out is:
leg raises
if I felt like I should do more or even on my fee time I did extra.

Great! 30 days is not so easy - I tried only 14 and it was my victory too.
