30 day ab challenge
I did a 30 day ab challenge. It was cool to see how my body changed over the day. Some days were worst then others. Working out is a challenge for my but I’m so glade I pushed my self. my work out is: crunches leg raises plank if I felt like I should do more or even on my fee time I did extra. |

Great! 30 days is not so easy - I tried only 14 and it was my victory too.

Crunches are really tough to do, especially if you are a newbie. I often feel my belly muscles strong after doing crunches, and my whole body get sweated.

I would like to know about timing of your plank. I've been doing plank for two months, and I am unable to increase my time from 3 minutes.
