Default Fitness Activities- calorie values?

I have 2 exercise routines not noted on the site. I take bikram (heated) yoga classes for 1:30 minutes and Stand up paddling in the ocean for approx. the same time period. How do you calculate calories burned?

i would propley use general health club condintion for the yoga and depending on efffort use water treading or swiming.
i am a SLYGUY still durning summer
Start Weight- 320lbs (09-29-2010 & 12/12/12)
Current Weight- 320 (12/09/2010)
295 11/21/2010 (i fell a gain coming on)
300lbs (10-14-2010)
320 (12x12x12)
Goal Weight-290 (in one year)
