Default Calories burned

Hi! Does anyone know how to enter calories burned under "activities" if you want to manually put it in? For instance, I have a heart rate monitor and watch, and when I workout the calories expended are displayed. It would be easier to just enter it that way, rather than enter every different excercise/activity I did. Just wondering if there is a way! I looked but couldn't seem to find an answer!!! Thanks in advance!!!

There isn't a way to do this. A few months back, a moderator showed up and tempted us with the idea of putting in custom exercise, like custom food, then it never came to pass and the moderators have all dropped off a cliff, apparently. Your best option on this site is to find something that gives you a similar burn amount for the amount of time.

I hear your frustration...it's probably the biggest drawback of this site, IMO.

Thanks! That's what I figured! Oh well, as long as the count is close it should be ok!
