Essential oils for Pre/Post workout?
Hello,
I've been searching for information on the use of essentials oils for Pre-workout/Post-workout recovery. There doesn't seem to be that much information out there. Has anyone used essential oils for this reason before? Thanks for any input! |
This is the only thing I found in the NCBI data base - and it's only for peppermint oil in the particular dosage in the published abstract.
