Any other Spin addicts out there?

Hi!

I am new to the forum and was wondering if there was anyone else out there that is obsessed with spinning???

Hi Mary,

I have my spinning bike in front of my tv I get in 30-60 min per day it is a great way to start my day. I try to do it 5-6 days per week I have recently started to journal my food intake again. I used to be obssessed now I call it multi tasking.
