Default a little headache after working out

Today I pushed myself harder then yesterday and I'm wondering if that could be the reason I feel a little headache two hours later. Yesterday, I did a walking video for 30 minutes and today I did another one but it was at a higher intensity and for 45 minutes.

There's no way of knowing - this is something a doctor could consider. But, did you drink enough water? Could it be dehydration?

Kathy, I didn't even think it could be from not drinking enough H2O throughout the day. Before challenging myself with the harder workout. I do plan on talking to my doctor about the headaches just to make sure there just headaches and not medication related.

What are you eating POST workout? I would suggest a fast carb like a banana soon after a workout along with some water.

Could be exercise-related, but one headache is a pretty small sample size. It might help to keep track of when you get them and what you've been doing/eating/drinking, etc. That might help to isolate what factor is a probable cause (you mentioned medication as a possibility, for instance; could even be changes in the weather or any number of things).

Hope you figure it out and get rid of them soon...and congrats on pushing it a little harder!
