I've read and implemented it with my fitness program a few years ago. I love the book and the information it shares. It explains the science behind foods, keeps it simple, keeps it fun, and it keeps it tasty without the guilt.
I've found some other diet philosophies to be very extreme, out of balance and when you mess up, you tend to be riddled with guilt. I love the Abs Diet philosophy of "8 steps forward, 2 steps back." It always for wiggle room, creativity and some indulgence that so many diet plans and philosophies ignore.
I just added the cookbook to my meal planning and love it. Makes cooking fun, simple and tasty.
Have you read the Abs Diet? What are do you like the best? Do you have a favorite recipe?
