Default Eat This, Not That

I lost about 10-15 lbs. from this book recently. I'm excercizing now (walking a lot and Biggest Loser Workout videos) but that first few pounds were lost while I spent a couple of months without working out at all. Now with the excercise, the weight is coming off faster, but I wanted to recommend these books to everyone.

I love that book!
I found many surprises in it. Even though I don't eat much fast food, occassionally I don't have much choice, and this book really helps sus out the bad from the not-so-bad.
