It's great that you were able to find a suitable diet for yourself. As for me, I found something that suits me best. It was from https://betterme.world/articles/30-d...ing-challenge/ that I was able to learn a lot and realize how important my health is. I've been trying to lose weight for a long time now using different methods, but so far this type of weight loss scheme has brought me the most results.

It's fantastic that you're already embracing a vegan lifestyle and aiming to transition toward raw veganism! To support a steady weight loss and ensure you're nourishing yourself properly, focus on balanced meals with a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and legumes to meet your protein, fiber, and essential nutrient needs. Gradually increasing your intake of raw foods will allow your body to adjust and help avoid the feeling of restriction that can lead to disordered eating. Hydration is key, so incorporate plenty of water-rich foods and stay hydrated throughout the day. Since you’ve struggled with disordered eating in the past, I recommend being gentle with yourself—don’t rush the transition, and remember that balance is key. Pair your nutrition goals with moderate exercise like yoga or walking, which can also help create a healthy relationship with food and your body.

Transitioning to a raw vegan diet can offer great benefits, including an increased intake of fruits and vegetables, antioxidants, and fiber, which all support weight loss and overall health. Here are some tips to help you succeed with this lifestyle:
- Ensure Nutritional Balance: While raw vegan diets are nutrient-rich, it’s important to include a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds to meet your protein and healthy fat needs. Foods like chia seeds, hemp seeds, and leafy greens are excellent for protein, while avocado, nuts, and coconut can provide healthy fats.
- Consider Smoothies and Juices: Smoothies and juices are a great way to add variety and make sure you’re getting enough calories and nutrients throughout the day. For example, blending spinach, banana, chia seeds, and almond milk can create a nutrient-dense, satisfying meal.
- Track Nutrient Intake: Although the raw vegan diet is rich in natural foods, it may lack certain nutrients like vitamin B12, iron, and omega-3s. Adding a B12 supplement and eating omega-3-rich seeds like flaxseeds can help. Tracking your intake using a nutrition app can ensure you’re meeting your needs.
- Stay Hydrated and Active: Raw foods have a high water content, which can help with hydration, but it's still important to drink water regularly. Light exercise, like walking or yoga, can complement your weight loss goals and improve muscle tone.
