Default Best ways to keep mind sharp

Lately, I feel like I am getting a bit forgetful and my focus is just not what it used to be. I want to find some ways to train my brain and keep it active without having to spend a fortune on expensive courses or complex programs. I have tried some crossword puzzles, but they get boring after a while and I dont feel any real progress. Are there any apps or daily routines that you guys recommend for mental clarity? How do you keep your brain engaged during the work week?

I totally get that feeling, I noticed my attention span was shrinking too. I found that microlearning is actually great for this. I use Headway to get the key ideas from books quickly, which keeps me thinking about new concepts every day. It is like a workout for your brain but it only takes about 15 minutes while I drink my coffee. Also, I found a list of other tools that help with mental agility. You might find some good options in this link: https://makeheadway.com/blog/the-bes...training-apps/. I personally think that learning a little bit every day is way better than trying to cram a whole book once a month. It keeps the gears turning without feeling overwhelmed or bored. Just try to read or listen to one summary a day. It makes a huge difference in how you process information at work and in life. It really helped me stay more focused during long meetings.

As someone who's tried a few things, the best way to keep your mind sharp is a mix of daily movement, good sleep, and consistent mental challenge. Reading, learning new skills, or doing puzzles helps a lot. Also, reducing screen overload and staying socially active makes a bigger difference than most people expect. Consistency matters more than intensity.
