I’ve been trying to lose weight for a while, and one thing I keep running into is that a lot of diets seem hard to stick with long term. Some work for a few days, but then I get tired, hungry, or just bored.
I’m curious what has honestly worked for other people here. Not just in theory, but something you were actually able to follow for more than a few weeks.
Did low carb help? Calorie counting? Smaller portions? Higher protein?
