am I supposed to be a certain percentage under the number of calories that are listed on the bar graph on the food log page? It states that I have 2300 cal. I've gone from eating less than 1,000 to the 2300 listed. I was under the impression that on Atkins I didn't need to count calories, just carbs and make sure the percentages were correct....
70% fat, 30% protein and less than 5% for carbs.
Thank you. I'm very frustrated. I've tried so many times to drop weight (didn't cheat) and have been unsuccessful....

Even on this wonderful way of eating going from consuming 1000 measly calories to over 2000 you won't lose. You might want to scale back to around 1500 and up those calories gradually.

Hi, James,
One of my favorites (and it really gets your fiber up) is to take chia seeds, soak them in water (or unsweetened almond milk with a little stevia), and add a little cardamon. You have to like cardamon for this one to work, or you could use a few drops of vanilla or cacao. Let it all soak so the chia seeds reconstitute. A few spoons of that are very yummy.
Good luck!

Hi all. Happy 4th. I am wondering if anyone has noticed any difference between the fitday and the atkins.com nutrition online trackers? I noticed for the same daily total there was around a 200 calorie difference. Carbs were different. Every number was different. Who do you think is more accurate?
