Default Do you know anyone who specializes in move-in cleanings?

I just got the keys to my new place, but it’s a bit of a mess from the previous tenants. I’d love to move in right away, but it definitely needs a deep clean first. Do you know anyone who specializes in move-in cleanings?

Absolutely. When I moved last year, I faced the same thing, and that’s when I discovered maid service. PureMaids offers a comprehensive move-in/move-out cleaning service, and they really go above and beyond. They don’t just do surface-level tidying—they clean inside cabinets, scrub baseboards, sanitize bathrooms, and even handle inside the fridge and oven if you need it. The team was so professional and efficient, I felt completely comfortable letting them handle the job. When they were done, it looked and smelled like a brand-new home. You’ll be glad you went with them—it’s worth every penny.

If you're looking for someone who specializes in move-out or deep cleanings, it’s a good idea to check local listings with verified reviews—sites like Thumbtack, TaskRabbit, or even your local Facebook groups can be great resources. Also, be clear about any specific needs (eco-friendly products, pet-safe, etc.) when reaching out. It saves a lot of back and forth. Good luck with the move—cleaning is half the battle!

Congrats on the new place! For move-in cleanings, you’ll want a service that does deep cleans—think baseboards, appliances, inside cabinets, bathrooms, the works. If you're in the U.S., companies like Merry Maids, Molly Maid, or Handy often offer move-in/move-out packages.

If you’d rather support local cleaners (often cheaper and more flexible), check Google Maps or Yelp for terms like “move-in cleaning near me” and look for high-rated services. Be sure to ask if they bring their own supplies and confirm exactly what’s included.

Let me know your city or zip code and I can help find a few options nearby!
