I have hit a bit of a plateau with my diet and fitness routine, and it’s been frustrating. I am still eating healthy and working out, but the results just aren’t coming as fast as they were before.

Here are some questions I’ve been thinking about:
  1. Have you experienced a diet plateau?
    • How did you overcome it?
  2. What changes did you make to break through the plateau?
    • Did you tweak your diet, try different exercises, or use any supplements like those from Truemeds to support your progress?
  3. Did you find that adding more variety to your meals helped you overcome a plateau?
    • I’ve been wondering if I need to change up my meals to get better results.
  4. How do you stay motivated when progress slows down?
