I switched to a healthy diet. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and try to eat medium portions of food. I also added vitamins to my diet that I need from Canadian pharmacy . I have been regularly going to the gym for a month now and from time to time I go to group fitness classes. I see good results without limiting myself with diets and things like that

That's a great achievement but again it wouldn't be the option for everyone, especially like me. I like to have nonveg and fried foods and thus it is not for me to have vegetables all day. But I have prepared a schedule and I have cheat meal for about 2 times a week to have control over my cravings.

Absolutely agree! Whole foods and balanced diets like the Mediterranean or DASH plans are great for overall health. I’ve also seen intermittent fasting work well for sustainable weight management. Finding what suits your lifestyle is key for long-term success!

Awkward Lunch Encounter with Boss As a young female associate, I recently had a surprising lunch experience with my boss. He, a middle-aged man with strong religious beliefs and a wife, suggested grabbing lunch after stopping by the bank. For convenience, he chose a nearby restaurant known for its casual atmosphere. However, upon arrival, I realized it was actually a chain notorious for its scantily clad waitresses. When I pointed this out, he expressed skepticism, assuming it wouldn't be inappropriate. To his obvious discomfort, the day we went happened to be their "lingerie day," where waitresses wore revealing outfits. His awkwardness throughout the meal was a source of amusement for the office (though not myself initially). It was definitely a memorable one-on-one lunch, unlikely to be surpassed anytime soon.
