Since 2/09, I've lost 45 lbs on the JC diet and to cut costs, I've eliminated their breakfast and lunch entrees. I supplement breakfast by purchasing Walmart's Instant Oatmeal packets (Sugar Free Maple & Brown Sugar - 100 cals) for $1.68/8 packs and I buy frozen veggie burgers by Golden, Gardein, Morning Star Farms as long as they are under 100 calories and pair them up with 100% Whole Wheat - Sandwich Thins by Orowheat ($2.50/8 pack) and I pair up this sandwhich with a 1/2 fruit (fresh) and a cup of green veggies (brussel sprouts). Since the bread is too big for the patties, I take 25% off so the calories are 75. Tasty all around and I'm still loosing weight.
