What is good diet for a pregnant woman?

A pregnant woman's diet should be rich in nutrients and calories to support the developing baby. Protein, iron, folate, and calcium are especially important. Pregnant women should eat a variety of foods from all the food groups, including fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, and lean protein.

I share some of the foods that I recommend:
Drink water and infusions or broths throughout the day. ...
Walking and physical exercise.
Eat plant foods at all meals.
Eat whole foods, like bread, every day.
Add flaxseeds to salads, purees, or yogurt.
