great post!! Losing weight depends mostly on nutrition, then you should do more exercise. It doesn’t really matter what exercises they are as long as they get your heart rate up. beside that, vital herbal horny goat weed can also help you to build your muscle.

I personally do many diets not every diet works best for everyone you have to try different diets per week and see which suits better. I would also mention a easy diet which you can staart. First in the morning drink 2 table spoons of Appple cider vinegar with 250 ml of water. Give half an hour break then have a light breakfast like oats, bread with peanut butter and bananas. In the mid time of breakfast and lunch have a drink like green tea or coffee or tea make sure there is no sugar. Then have a lunch make sue it contains everything like fruits veggies meat etc personlize your lunches and dinner according to you. in the evening have a low calorie snack or else a drink with no sugar. If you want have some sweet juice try natural fruit juices that you made in homes. Dinner is same as lunch you can have as your wish but make control of portions. Then in night after one hour of dinner have Apple cider vinegar drink . Thats it have a nice sleep. Hope this helps.
