What is the diet for weight loss?
 
I have put on a lot of weight last month. I do not want to take weight loss pills. Can dieting help? What is the diet for weight loss?

Best diet? Eat what you can enjoy but keep within a daily calorie limit. The weight will come off, depending on the calorie limit.

You need to consume a balanced diet for weight loss. Avoid consuming processed and junk foods containing high percentage of fats, sugar, and salt. Consistency is the key. Exercise regularly.

The best diet is a life style change. Eat goods foods and exercise. A fitness guy made this statement to me one day "Keep within one step of the food source...pick an apple, eat an apple; kill a chicken, eat a chicken. When's the last time you killed a pop-tart!"

You need to know your calorie deficit, and also do not forget to calculate how much protein, fat, and carbs you eat. This is important for your health. Add activity, do you exercise?

When someone puts on weight then dieting is the main ingredient for weight loss along with exercise. In order to loose weight you should first decide a menu and plan your meals accordingly along with maintaining your calories. Personally I eat salad and grilled chicken for lunch. Sunday is the only day I have my cheat day where I still maintain my calories. For breakfast I have good quantity of food like oatmeal, fruits and nuts. Make sure you exercise and sleep properly.
