Hi there,

I started a medically supervised weight loss diet the first week of January using HMR shakes and meal replacements.

I am having great success with it so far (losing 5 lbs per week) and wondering if there was anyone else out there is on the same diet.

There are lots of people on the plan but no forums to speak of.
