help me with atkins
 

hi everyone i'm paul from uk recently joined and was wondering if anyone can help me with the atkins 14 day induction as i'm finding it very difficult to get the jist of it if some could just give me a 14 day menu for doin atkins in the uk i would be very very grateful thankyou(not lazy had severe head injury:eek: several years ago and the brain dont work like it used to:confused:)
