Healthy Ice Cream!

Homemade icecream 
My 2 go to healthy icecreams are protein icecream and banana "nice" cream. I make my banana 'nice' cream by blending a bunch of frozen bananas until they form a creamy consistency. I then add flavours like vanilla, frozen raspberries or strawberries, cinnamon or cacao powder. The protein icecream is even easier! Simply blend 1 scoop of protein powder with a tonne of ice and enough water so that it forms a thick paste. SO GOOD!
