Is anyone out there reading Sugarbusters? I'm married to a diabetic so I'm trying to modify my diet to help him in cutting carbs and sugars. I like the first few chapters so far. Just wondering if anyone has made it farther along.

I tried it awhile back and did loose on it. I am now Gluten Free so can't do it anymore. Have to eat LC and GF now.

Sugarbusters does make some nice breads, rolls, etc. You would find them in a big town or order them. One bread is multi grain and delish. They mainly say no sugar, carrots, etc.
