Fat fast diet
Anyone here tried the fat fast and want to share experiences and lessons learned? I started today, this will be my 5th time. :)

Before I get to the details of what fat fast is and how to do it, I should mention that this is a tweaked version of the original. One difference is the decreased minimum intake of fat and the second is the reduced number of meals a day. Both of these are explained in this post and are just optional - it will be up to you which path you choose. Thanks |

This friend of mine tried "fast diet" for a week. She only ate bananas and drank milk as much as she wanted. No limits. In a week, she lost 13 pounds but gained them back real fast.

Go on Breakfast diet. Consume heavy breakfast everyday. Eat less carbs and eat high protein rich foods. The more protein you will consume, the fast you will burn the fats from your body. Also keep doing heavy workouts in gym, 5-6 times a week, add cardio once or twice a week. It will help you shed some fats fast.
