All the kinds of diets you mentioned has its own meaning.
I agree with the diets mentions above every diet having its own specialty.
-Drink water daily. -Ban white bread and pasta. -Drink coffee an hour before working out. -Eat Salmon for Lunch. It`s very good diet I read and heard, some friend use this diet and have good result but they mix with hcg drops |

GI diet is much like the Atkins... but it measures the Glycemic Index as to how fast your body will elevate your blood sugar level... it seems to be about Carbs and which carbs are best as far as keeping your Blood sugar down...

that is a loaded question LOL. The best diets are personalized....and registered dietitians and physicians will know what is best.
