motivation help
So i'm having problems staying motivated and i keep messing up my diet i did good for a few days but am having a difficult time staying with it. does anyone have any advice. i really wanna lose weight to be healthy. also i'm very bad about giving in to emotional eating.

It looks like you may be trying to tackle all of your bad habits at once - that is really, really tough. Since this is a pathway to lifelong good habits, try eliminating 1 thing at a time, or working on 1 problem area at a time. Often portion control is a biggy. So maybe rather than denying yourself a food that isn't quite as healthy, try just cutting back on the amount.
Or, for example, sugary soda is a big problem for lots of us. Start with cutting back and then eliminating soda. Replace it with water, calorie-free flavored water, or other low calorie beverage.
We all have a tendency to revolt against huge changes in our lives
