Water vs Herbal Teas
Can drinking decaffinated green tea and other herbal teas can count towards my daily water intake? Or must it be pure water? Thanks!

Generally counting tea as water intake is just fine. But do make sure you get at least a couple cups of good old, plain wa-wa.

3 cups of green tea is the recommended amount for daily consumption. While there is no set recommended amount of water you should drink each day, the general rule is to consume around six to eight 8-ounce glasses each day. But if you live in a warm climate or engage in lots of physical activity either through work or for recreation more water will be needed to restore balance in your system. As well, drinking certain fluids, such as some teas, and coffees, can cause your body to release stored water because caffeine is a natural diuretic.
