This is my 1st weigh in, really hoping this helps me stay on track!

I've lost 2 lbs this week, down to 134lbs.

I am down a measley .2 lbs but still going in the right direction. Current weight 175.8.

Down to 251. 9 pound loss for the week and down 20 since staring on Feb 16!!

10 to go for my first goal; 30 to go overall.

Im going to be brave and join this. My starting weight is higher then the rest. I weighed

335.6 on 02.10.10 i am now
325.4 10 pounds.. ok start

I am planning to be 250 by September. I hope!

I was looking around and found this on calculating how much fat/protien/carbs u should eat to loose a pound a week.

I weighed in at 211 pounds this morning. I am coming from 218 about a month ago. It has been a really good month!

I am down 1 lb this week, was hoping for more but I'll take a loss over a gain any day! Not losing as fast as I anticipated, but I have drastically changed my eating habits, and sure do feel good.

Congrats on the losses everyone, and hang in there to the gainers!
