Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a happy holiday season. I know there are undesirable eating temptations associated with the season, but it sounds like we are all doing ok in our efforts to avoid them. I have not been doing good for about 1 month. However, still down about 40lbs from start.
Had to weigh in a day early....I use the scale at our work fitness center and since tomorrow is a Holiday I hopped on this morning.
Pretty flat since last week. Felt I have been pretty consistent with Calories and macro-nutrients and I also have keep up the work-out routine. I think the difference may have been that we had a group lunch yesterday and while I did well on choices and portion control, I'm sure there was a lot more salt then what I have been eating. As a result, I would expect a little more water weight this week. Looking forward to getting back on a more consistent schedule after the holidays!

Hey! So I'm new to FitDay--this is the tail-end of my first week, but hopefully I can join in here?
Last Saturday when I joined I weighed in a 140, now I'm clocking in at 137.5. Not a huge loss, but I'm excited nonetheless.

Current Weight: 139 lbs
1st Goal Weight: 133 lbs (7/21)
2nd Goal Weight: 125 lbs (8/31)
UGW: 115 lbs (11/20)
Come one, come all, it's another Friday and another weigh-in day.
I'm going to propose something NEW - or, rather, something Ken (snafuken) had implicitly suggested... How about we keep this thread and just update it once a week (like the Challenge threads work), as opposed to doing a new thread every week? I think that would make this way easier. Unless there's a lot of dissension in the ranks, I think we should give it a go.

I had a pretty good week myself, despite way more guesstimating than I would like. Looking forward to getting back into my grove with my 'normal' foods. Despite that I am now over 20lbs down! Tonight had sushi with my wife.
