Im trying to eat my breakfast everyday. Read few smart books and saw that they always write the same thing: EAT YOUR BREAKFAST
That is why: dont want to go into starvation mode which equals storing fat and slowing down metabolism
eating breakfast is the number one rule in losing weight dude..
u can minimize food intake at night..
i am doing it this way and I'm losing weight.
and hey i started drinking shakes last week every morning.
I almost never eat breakfast or at least my first meal how ever you call it is usually 3-4 hours after I wake up. I weigh myself daily and did some experiments on myself. Eating breakfast or not had no impact on my weight, only number of calories eaten has.
