210.6 down 2.2 pounds. I know since I just started trying to lose that it's probably just the honeymmon water weight phase but I'll take it.

Hi Deanna,

Can I please be added to the roster? I usually use Mondays as a weigh-in on my own (helps me with those dreaded weekends!), but would LOVE to be included on a Friday weigh-in as well. :)

137.5. Down only a half pound, but at least it's a loss since I kind of went crazy on my birthday this week.

My body measurements really haven't changed from last week I have been hitting the freeweights pretty hard all week. Dunno.....

OOOH, Kathie!! I don't post on the weigh-in thread but I like to jump in to see people's successes. Since I haven't seen you post much in a while I wanted to come in here to give you a virtual head-smack and tell you to get back on the horse! You are worth it and you will push through it!!

Take a little bit of a break, go on maintenance, listen to your body, whatever, but you will be successful at this!! Maybe it's just time for you to learn a big cosmic lesson about patience :) You have three weeks that you did not gain and are likely healthier as well. Are you measuring?

Use your frustration as energy and go have a good workout. Scream it out if you need to!

Go, girl, go!
