236.8 -.2 from last week :( Ugh! I worked out harder and longer than ever and nothing happened. Started doing 2 a day cardio sessions and still only lost .2. Bummed....

278, not a great week for me, we are remodeling the kitchen and I have ate out too much. Hope we are done with the kitchen tomorrow and I will be back on track.

A pound for me.Well that’s another pound from where I was this time last week, but 4 since the beginning of the week after I over indulged at the weekend, so pretty happy with that! down to 163lbs.:)

176 for me- down a pound. I am happy with that. My goal was to be at 175 by March 1, so I think I will make it! My last and final goal is to be at 160 by May 1st. If I do that I will have lost 185 lbs in 1 year and 4 months.

210.6 down 2.2 pounds. I know since I just started trying to lose that it's probably just the honeymmon water weight phase but I'll take it.

Hi Deanna,

Can I please be added to the roster? I usually use Mondays as a weigh-in on my own (helps me with those dreaded weekends!), but would LOVE to be included on a Friday weigh-in as well. :)

OOOH, Kathie!! I don't post on the weigh-in thread but I like to jump in to see people's successes. Since I haven't seen you post much in a while I wanted to come in here to give you a virtual head-smack and tell you to get back on the horse! You are worth it and you will push through it!!

Take a little bit of a break, go on maintenance, listen to your body, whatever, but you will be successful at this!! Maybe it's just time for you to learn a big cosmic lesson about patience :) You have three weeks that you did not gain and are likely healthier as well. Are you measuring?

Use your frustration as energy and go have a good workout. Scream it out if you need to!

Go, girl, go!

I weighed in at 137 this week. I'm down 1 pound from last week. With working out and eating healthy, I expected to lose more; however, I did monitor my body fat percentage and it decreased by a couple of percentage points. Don't become discouraged if you worked hard and didn't lose a lot or any weight; retaining water or building muscle may have an effect on what shows up on the scale. Keep up all of the hard work! ;)

I am down just over 2lbs from last week.I hurt my foot so iwas kinda hard to really do what I wanted to do but at least I lost something.:D

Sorry for the late weigh in. I just got off work. Weighed in at 261 this morning. I'm down 2 pounds for the week, but I've lost 9 pounds since I've started my diet. Yay!

Weighed in at 152.5. it's been a ruff couple of weeks with traveling for business but with just a two day trip this week I hope to get back to my exercise routine and actually start dropping some of this! Good luck everyone!!!

Hi everyone. Next week is our last weigh in for this round. I will post for our final weigh in and then post another thread for anyone new or anyone who wants to continue with the next 6 week round.

I will try to get the results posted late tonight for this week. If I don't get it done tonight - it probably won't be until Sunday. My sons Boy Scout chili supper is tomorrow and I have to cook from 8 tomorrow morning until 8 tomorrow night and it will be a LONG day!

To anyone who hasn't weighed in yet- get with it! :)

PS- Gnattylove- if you read the thread "I lost 160lbs" under the "Success Stories" forum it kind of outlines what I have been doing in post #24. I haven't lost 185lbs YET. I have lost 169. I want to weigh 160 by May 1st and when (not if :)) I do- I will have lost 185.

Sorry for the delay Deanna.. I was cruising on the high seas and enjoying Mexico!! Friday weigh in was 158.5. Not getting on the scale til this Friday because I am sunburned and retaining water like crazy. I no longer have ankles, I have kankles!! Even my forehead is swollen!! Ugh. Fun cruise tho. Congrats to everyone!!
