Im in North Texas area. Just northeast of Dallas about 30 miles.

Hey Stacie! I am from ALBERTA too!!! I live in Mayerthorpe. Today is my 3rd day starting my "new me lifestyle". I am doing ok but could be doing better IMO. Good to see someone from my neck of the woods. Take Care!

I am in Frisco, Tx.. about 40 minutes North of Dallas.

Born in Texas but lived in SoCal for 20 years.. Riverside is where our kids were born

We love living in Frisco.... our boys are thriving here.

I see there are a few FitDay members up near me

And one that lives in Riverside too.. (I lived on Jefferson Street, right off the 91)

My hubby is a personal trainer on the side... runs a bootcamp here in north Frisco.
He is soooo fit! BMI so low I think it's unhealthy. LOL!

I am loogging my progress and tying to lose 20 pounds.
