I am from Edmonton, AB Canada

Been using Fit Day now since June 2009 and it has taught me so much about the foods I eat. I am 75% Raw now and feeling great !

Man, if only I were in Toronto, I'd like some BBQ steak! =] yum.

Chillin' down in sunny Los Angeles! I started using FD just because I was curious how much I was eating, was shocked to find out how randomly I'd been snacking and munching! I'm better about that now!

Rossie, sweetheart, be strong! there are so many knowledgable people on these fourms, maybe start a new fourm, explaining what the challenge is and they will help you. don't give up!
