I am from middle Tennessee. Just trying to keep our heads above water here right now. At least the rain has stopped for now and the flood waters have stopped rising.

hi,I live in Davenport,Iowa.I wish their was more corresponding back and forth here.I need somone to talk to and stay motivated to eat healthy.

hello there,

for motivation try other discussion groups, there is one in support group for women that is titled what motivates you, i love it! also based on the amount of weight you need to lose there are clubs you can join. have fun!

I'm from North East Scotland. The weather here is lovely at the moment double figures lol! Trying to lose weight about 2 stone has crept on and really want to loose it!!

I live in Portland, Maine.
My boyfriend lives in Toms River, New Jersey and I'm down there at least a week (usually more) every month, so I count that as my "second home".
