I'm using one as well.
Thought I knew what 3 oz of chicken looked like UNTIL I BOUGHT A SCALE !

I use one too. Don't forget about measuring cups and spoons, especially with things like olive oil and salad dressings that are so calorie dense.

Speaking of olive oil, I've recently been trying grapeseed oil. Not bad. Nutrition labels between both are almost identical. I hardly use any oil in cooking so I can barely taste it anyway.
