Weight Loss Tips
For weight loss, we need to set realistic goals and work towards it. If you noticed that the Weighing Scale has been creeping up over the years, you need to avoid certain foods (fatty food, processed food and refined food), include lots of fiber as it gives a feeling of fullness ( no need to gorge on spicy and fatty food).
Be Physically active and exercise. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from your body. Remember, weight loss is not a crash course ! It's a slow process.
