Hi Amrea. I was wondering...how did you speed up your metabolism? I'm curious since my brother (who is 28) has an ultra fast metabolism and he doesn't do anything specific to speed it up. He can eat all day and not to gain weight. Me, on the other hand...I think about a burger and gain a few pounds lol So, can you share with me your experience on how to speed up my metabolism?

Hi. I'm interested too on how did you speed up your metabolism. For us, obese ppl the general reason why we get fat is because we don't have a fast metabolism...we don't bur the calories we intake. Any suggestions on how to speed it up?

I heard that doing some daily exercise might help us. Do you agree on this?

there are simple things to do in order to speed your metabolism...
1. drink a lot of water (8-9 glasses each day)
2. drink tea or coffee
3. for breakfast eat some cottage cheese, it boosts your metabolism for the rst of the day
4. don't fall into hard diets because then your metabolism is gonna be screwed up
5. instead of eating 1-2 meals per day, prefer 5 smaller meals

hope i helped

For all who were wondering - the link from the original post was removed for containing spam; you can see this in the italicized lettering below the post. So don't expect Amrea to post again about it

I thought I'd try boosting my metabolism by eating lots of hot peppers....today at the doctor's office, my blood pressure was high. 150 over 80.
