there are simple things to do in order to speed your metabolism...
1. drink a lot of water (8-9 glasses each day)
2. drink tea or coffee
3. for breakfast eat some cottage cheese, it boosts your metabolism for the rst of the day
4. don't fall into hard diets because then your metabolism is gonna be screwed up
5. instead of eating 1-2 meals per day, prefer 5 smaller meals
