I've been on FitDay for a while now, but only an active user for about a month now. I write down everything I eat, and it's been a great help.
I started at 160 pounds. I'm now 152. My goal is 135 by September. I've lost the first 8 pounds already!

It's a lofty goal—only once in my life was I that light, and then only for a brief period of time.
I think I've got the eating down, but I need some motivation to keep eating right and to start working out! As a former athlete, I'd like to get back some of my fitness from when I was in top shape.
Anybody in the same boat?
