lots to lose!!
I am new to fit day. I m 5 feet 1". Weigh 165 pounds , wants to bring it down to 125, that's my ideal weight. I walk , jog and do light exercises at home. Would like more tips and motivation to increase the activity so that I could loose 42 pounds at the end of six to eight months time.would like to have an exercise buddy and a diet buddy to exchange ideas...any takers??
