April!!!! Gah, so good to "see"
you. I've missed you!! Bubba and I were talking about missing you just the other day. Oh, "Bubba" is Mike. Not sure if you had already dropped off the face of the earth when I dubbed him. Anyway!!! So good to have you back!!

April!!!! So good to have you back !!! I wondered what was going on with you. You sound like you have some good stuff going on, with the job and the exercise. Great to hear from you.
I think from what I see, a lot of us are trying to crawl back on the wagon...

APRIL!!! good to see you!!! I HAVE MISSED YOU! You are always my dose of common sense!
I tried posting yesterday and somehow I lost my connection. I'm still on par with my goals this week. I am so proud of everyone surviving Halloween along with its pitfalls. Honesty is the key. Those of you who got honest and logged every mini fun size indulgence, HOORAY!!! It's when we fail to be honest with ourselves that we lose sight of the goal.
Log everything. M, T,W, Th
10000 steps a day M, T, Th
No snack nuts M,T,W,
No excuses M,T

Quinn, that was some story. Tornados sound scary but your neighbors sound amazing. You must have a lot of beautiful property to lose so many trees.
Irene hit my house worse because of the water. My area did not get that much rain; the wind knocked our power out. But a lot of people in NY and NJ got hit hard and there are lines for gas (!) I personally think maybe they should have postponed the marathon because the city is still a mess but maybe it will give people something positive.
Anyway, trying to think positive and also clean up the mess of my recent bad habits. I feel sluggish and heavy limbed - too many carbs, maybe?
Mike, glad to see you post some goals, just keep at it, like you tell us.
