Yeah! so glad to see that Ruby. Just try to substitute a little healthy stuff now and again instead of the overly tempting treats and you will be just fine. 
What's the prognosis?Hi everyone! I passed my gestational diabetes test, hooray! On the negative side, I've been eating way too much holiday junk food at work since my coworkers have been bringing in treats every day. I feel like my arms and butt are getting so big ! I've gained about 16-20 pounds depending on the time of day and I'm 29 weeks along. Oh well, only a little more time of holiday junk food!

Mike, aw, sweetie, so sorry you have bronchitis. No wonder you've been so darned sick and miserable! I'm lucky I've never had it, but I've heard it's painful and makes one feel really, really rotten. I hope you can get some good rest this weekend and let GF and your girls pamper you.
April, you amaze me with all that water you drink. I'd pee the bed! LOL You don't think hubby being sick, TOTM, awful stress, and being tired are good enough excuses for skipping exercise? I do. But, anyway, you DID get some exercise walking at lunch Monday and Thursday. You gotta give yourself credit for that, gal! When I was younger and working on weight loss, I never weighed during TOTM because it was natural for me to retain water then. Wanna think about cutting yourself some slack? Keeping you in my prayers for resolution of your problem and a huge reduction of your stress. And wishing you as good a weekend as it can possibly be. Big hug to ya!

I had one Monday when I left the gym, it was good at 1st then I realized the ice cream isn't good when you have a mucous issue.
She can cheat her way through finals.
