Cassie I think you have proven once again how motivating setting goals and reporting in is. Thanks for thinking of the weekend thread. I got off the couch and kept busy all day yesterday -- which besides burning calories reduces the time to even think about food. Mary

Cassie I hope you don't mind me bringing this back up to the top of the forum, it was really helpful last weekend. I don't have much of anything planned for this weekend except catching up on housework and sleep and not necessarily in that order. My men all do lots of takeout and sweets on weekends so that is the thing I will be trying to avoid.

Here we go again. Another weekend attack.
Thanks Dee for bringing this back up. I do need this motivation to keep me on track.I have a family get together at my house tomorrow, so that is my challenge - portion control at dinner.
My plan this week is
Prepare my snack and not go out.
Log everything, good or bad.
Look at my skinny pictures every time I want to eat, so I can make a good choice.
Report back here, with my food log.
Mai

I second that. I have a party here today. We are all watching our weight, however we all like to drink and eat. I will need to keep reminding myself how bady I want to see that scales still at 177 next thur for my April 1st weight in. I plan on haveing lots of water with sliced lemons or cucumbers available instead of just wine. I won't drink any alcohol till after dinner -- which will serve two purposes -- I won't be as likely to over eat and I will be in shape to cook dinner!

Tomorrow I want to get outside or go to the Y for and 90 minutes. Mary

I am 1000 calories over what I burned for yesterday. Guess I had better have an active sunday! Otherwise had a great time, good food, good company, good laughs. Mary
