Hello everyone. I'm a newbie and heard this forum was more populated than the general one
In this whole trying to get my health back on track I'm going to start taking vitamins again, and was curious what other people were taking, if anything.
I have been taking a womens multivitamin but I'm supposed to take 5 a day- it'd be nice to just take one but don't know of good brands. I also still have some tinctures so have been using those- they are sarsaparilla, wormwood/black walnut, iodine, and an adrenal formula.
Any ideas of good supplements or whatnot would be wonderful!
